Take a look at all the overseas trips we have done in the past (since we started doing Internationals in 2005), what we are currently looking forward to or what we have planned for the future.

The next international adventure will be to the Scout and Guide Castle in Rieneck, in Germany.  It will be the Troops second visit there, with the first one 10 years ago in 2009!  It’s an awesome place to stay and something those that go will never forget.  It’s not everyday you get to live in Castle.  Click on the logo for the draft programme and to see the promo video clip.

If after viewing you want to, get in touch with a leader ASAP to see if any places are available.

We are considering doing a 5 day ski trip to the mountains in Poland.  It would be in the February half term of 2020 and probably flying out on the Sunday or Monday from the UK.

Places will be limited to just 16 as the hostel we will probably book is quite small.  It has two dorm rooms of 8.  So will be 8 boys and 8 girls.

There are some smaller rooms which would be for the leaders.  You can register an interest via OSM.

Summer Camp 2021 will be to Tallinn in Estonia.  As normal with our international trips, it will be full of activities as well as learning about the country we are staying in and taking in some cultural experiences.

The programme is currently being put together with approximate cost.  More info will be available in the future (probably late 2019 or early 2020)

Based in Krakow, the Scouts took part in loads of activities and also found out about the History of Poland, by taking part  in a cultural activities which included guides tours and folk dancing.  They weren’t just limited to Krakow though as went to the mountains in Zakopane and out to Zator as well as rafting down a river that zigzagged the Polish\Slovak boarder!
